Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Noosta.

All Noosta books are produced through print-on-demand by Lulu. This means each book is produced specifically after an order is placed rather than being kept in stock.

Processing & Production

Orders placed through the Lulu Bookstore are normally processed and printed within 3–5 business days before being shipped.

During periods of high demand or other circumstances, production may take longer.

Shipping

Once your book has been produced, Lulu will ship it to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs and available shipping options are determined by Lulu and are displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by Lulu through the applicable order or shipping confirmation.

International Orders

Lulu may ship to available international destinations. Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times vary depending on the destination and available shipping options.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities. Such charges are generally not included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact Lulu Support directly and provide your Lulu order number.

If you contact Noosta regarding a delivery issue, please include your Lulu order number so we can assist you as much as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Because orders are processed through the Lulu Bookstore, changes to a shipping address may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipping. Please contact Lulu as soon as possible if you need to correct your address.
