Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Noosta.

Our books are printed on demand through Lulu. Because each copy is produced specifically when an order is placed, physical books generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.

Purchases made through the Lulu Bookstore are subject to Lulu’s applicable return, replacement, cancellation, and refund policies. Lulu generally does not accept returns of print-on-demand books. However, if your book arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly packaged, or you receive the wrong item, Lulu may provide a replacement in accordance with its policies.

For issues with an order placed through Lulu, please contact Lulu Support directly and provide your Lulu order number and, where applicable, clear photographs of the problem. Lulu requests that damage or print-defect issues be reported within 30 days of the order’s shipment date. 

Important: Noosta does not process payments, print books, or fulfill orders placed through the Lulu Bookstore. Any refund, cancellation, replacement, or order-related decision is handled according to Lulu’s applicable policies.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Lulu Support directly within 30 days of the order shipment date.

Please include:

• Your order number
  
• A clear description of the problem
  
• Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Lulu will review the issue and, where applicable, determine the appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, in accordance with its policies.

Please do not send an item back unless Lulu specifically instructs you to do so.

Printing variations

As our books are produced through print-on-demand by Lulu, minor variations in color, ink coverage, alignment, or printing may occasionally occur. Minor variations that do not affect the usability of the book may not qualify as a manufacturing defect. Lulu determines whether an issue qualifies for a replacement or other resolution in accordance with its applicable policies.

Refunds

Any refund for a purchase made through the Lulu Bookstore is handled by Lulu in accordance with its applicable refund and order policies. If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method where applicable. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Order cancellations

Because orders placed through the Lulu Bookstore may be processed for print-on-demand production, cancellation requests should be submitted to Lulu as soon as possible after placing an order. Lulu's cancellation policy applies, and cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production or has been sent to the printer.
